MUSIC CHANNEL:

The music channel on the 6u has two stereo line inputs, two stereo turntable phono inputs and stereo USB for playing directly from a laptop.

There is a 12 band graphic EQ, a 5 band semi-parametric (sweep) EQ along with seperate resonant high+low pass filters. The sub EQ has a choice of 3 different tonalities, selected by the 3 position switch.

There are two effects sends, mids and tops can be sent to these separately.

AUX CHANNEL:

Alongside the main music inputs to the preamp are five aux inputs, these are used for microphones, effects returns and sirens. There is a switch to mute all these channels. These channels feature high quality microphone preamps, two effects sends, bass, treble and semi-parametric mid range EQ.

CONNECTIONS:

Main outputs to the amplifiers are on jack and XLR connectors and can be plugged into each other to play 2, 3 or 4 way.

There is a headphone output with cue function.

Sets can be recorded either through the full range tape output or through the USB connection.

Each aux channel and the music channel have insert points to properly add additonal processing such 31 band EQs, compressors and feedback suppressors, whilst not sacrificing microphone or phono quality.

All connections are balanced where possible.
