The Sage Sound 3u is a mono 5 way analog sound system preamp with adjustable crossover frequencies. Can be played 2, 3, 4 or 5 way.
MUSIC CHANNEL:
The music channel on the 3u has a line input, and a turntable phono with seperate volume controls.
There is an 11 band graphic EQ, a single band semi-parametric (sweep) EQ with mid/tops switch, a sub sweep and low pass filter sweep.
There are two effects sends.
AUX CHANNEL:
Alongside the main music inputs to the preamp are two microphone inputs with individual insert points, and four aux channels to be used for effects returns and sirens. Two of the aux channels have bass + tops tone controls and the other two aux channels have effects sends.
CONNECTIONS:
Main outputs to the amplifiers are on jack and XLR connectors and can be plugged into each other to play 2, 3 or 4 way.
Full range mix output for recording or to feed into an external DSP.
Each mic input, the music channel and the aux bus have insert points to properly add additonal processing such 31 band EQs, compressors and feedback suppressors, whilst not sacrificing microphone or phono quality.
All connections are balanced (where suitable).
